'Babe' is an acronym for 'book as book end.' This simple but effective design uses a book, placed in the groove, to keep the rest of the books upright on the shelf. The shelf itself has no visible support brackets and has a lightweight structure. 'Babe' can be fixed at an angle to the wall so that gravity stores the books.
